Die Sophie’s Company Of Trading Youngsters ist die Schülerfirma des SCGs. Wir importieren kleine Produkte von anderen Schülerfirmen aus Großbritannien und schicken ihnen ebenfalls Waren. Außerdem engagieren wir uns für soziale Projekte in Berlin. Wir haben u.a. Spenden für das Tierheim Berlin gesammelt.
Zurzeit sammeln wir Flaschendeckel, die recycelt werden für die Aktion
„Deckel gegen Polio“. Der Erlös für 500 Deckel deckt die Kosten für eine Impfung gegen Kinderlähmung. Im letzten Schuljahr haben wir bereits 15 000 Deckel gesammelt und damit 30 Kindern die Impfung ermöglicht.

The school is located in the heart of Berlin near Kurfürstendamm. There are a lot of restaurants, offices, theatres and shops nearby. It´s a very lively area.
Our school has a bilingual programme, which means that English is taught intensively and Geography, Biology and Political Science are taught in English. Not everyone is in this programme. After graduation most of our students go to university.
There are about 900 students (ages 11 – 18) and over 80 teachers at our school.
Our subjects are:
German, English, French, Spanish, Latin, Arts, Music, History, Geography, Political Science, Ethics, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, P.E., Drama, Computing.
We also have some clubs, such as Choir, Orchestra, student company (that´s us!!!) and drama.
